Sunset Swizzle

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves
  • 4-5 dashes Bitters
  • 4 oz Wild Basin Melon Basil

Combine basil, sugar cube, lime, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle. Add rum and Wild Basin Melon Basil and swirl to combine. Pour into a rocks glass, and top with crushed ice. Add bitters on top, use swizzle stick, (or bar spoon) and swirl to bring redness to top, and top with more crushed ice in the shape of a cone. Slap basil, garnish and enjoy.
