A Midsummer’s Swizzle

  • 3 or 4 each Mint Sprigs
  • 3 or 4 each Blackberries2 oz Gin
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Wild Basin Black Raspberry
  • 2 dash Aromatic Bitters
  • GARNISH: (1) Mint sprig

In a shaker, gently muddle mint and blackberries. Add the remaining ingredients (except bitters and Wild Basin) and shake, then dump into a pint glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and Wild Basin Black Raspberry and swizzle until cold. Add the bitters and swizzle them into the top of the drink. Garnish with mint sprig and serve with a straw.
