A Julep in the Wild

  • 2 each Mint Sprigs
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Black Rum
  • 4 oz Wild Basin Black Raspberry
  • Garnish: 1 Mint bouquet

Rub the mint sprigs around the inside of the julep cup and discard mint. Fill the tin with crushed ice and add Wild Basin Black Raspberry, bourbon and syrup. Swizzle briefly, then top with crushed ice. Pour rum over the top. Garnish with the mint bouquet and serve with a straw.
